Service Cancellation Policy
Full Payment is required for services the following conditions:
There will be a $25 cancellation fee if there is a cancellation less than 24 hours or if there is a need to reschedule.
If there is a no show on the day of service. Body Dynamic reserves the right to charge for full payment.
Late arrivals may require shortening the length of the treatment.
No refunds on packages.
Product Refund Policy
We have a 30 day return policy , which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in it's original packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchased.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as foods and drinks, custom products such as special orders, and personal care goods such as beauty products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
